Diabetes in most cases goes unnoticed and it only becomes apparent when the symptoms have manifested. Individuals who realize that they have diabetes after undergoing routine tests are usually caught off guard. The reason for this is probably because they hardly visit a doctor for regular body checks and the symptoms become more pronounced because the individuals were not aware they had the disease to begin with, in addition they likely do not lead a healthy lifestyle.

Diabetes Mellitus is the most common form of diabetes and which most people suffer from and usually the two basic symptoms are frequent urination and greater thirst. A diabetic will constantly want to urinate and usually at short intervals. This is as a result of the glucose not being absorbed by the body cells instead it accumulates in the blood and is passed on to the urine. The glucose found in the urine often draws a large amount of water than normal. Other symptoms of diabetes mellitus include, fatigue, depression, weight loss and increased hunger.

A diabetic is constantly thirsty and this is because since they are constantly urinating they lose a good amount of water from the body. Therefore they tend to drink a lot of water more often than normal. They also get hungry more frequently and as a result they eat large meals more often than normal people. However regardless of the fact that a diabetic is constantly eating, unfortunately the disease causes them to lose weight. This is because the energy needed by the body is not being produced instead the body burns the fat and protein cells of muscles which consequently leads to weight loss.

Diabetics also feel tired and weak all the time and this is because they do not have any energy since the glucose in their body is not being converted into energy. It should also be noted that diabetics often experience lethargy and inertia, and in most cases they are not able to work long hours since their bodies are constantly feeling exhausted, unfortunately this does lead to depression and at times despair.

Fortunately, with the support of family and care centers, a diabetic can manage the illness. In addition a diabetes natural cure involves eating a healthy diet and exercising on a regular basis, this coupled with the proper medication will help a diabetic live a normal healthy life.
